I slaved in the kitchen to make a few things:
1. Applesauce
2. Sweet potatoes (these two were for Kaitlin, of course)
3. For Matt and I, a pasta salad with roasted vegetables
4. "Gook" - this is a dip passed down from his family (with roquefort cheese and cream cheese). They have it on holidays, so I gave him a little taste of home.
Orzo Pasta, Zucchini, Red Peppers, Red Onions, Sun-Dried Tomatoes (and some oil from jar), Balsamic Vinegar, and roasted chopped almonds
A few little presents to enjoy (and taste, apparently)

It looks like you had such a fun weekend! I can't believe Kaitlin is already standing!
